• Ability to build rapport and trust with diverse community groups.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Strong organizational and project management skills; can manage multiple tasks.
• Experience with event planning and coordination.
• Familiarity with East Java region is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment.
