Job summary

PT HM Sampoerna Tbk. is seeking a Retail Engagement Executive to bring our brands to life through outstanding retail execution in GT and MT channels. This on-site role covers Palembang and a wide regional area, with travel and relocation as needed.

You will own shelf visibility, build retailer partnerships, and translate market insights into growth actions. Fresh graduates are welcome; a Bachelor’s degree and valid driver’s license are required, with a six-day on-site work pattern.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with GPA shown or expected.
