PT HM Sampoerna Tbk. is seeking a Retail Engagement Executive to drive in-store execution and build strong retailer partnerships across GT and MT channels.

The role covers multiple locations in Indonesia, with on-site work six days a week and frequent travel to upgrade distribution and visibility. The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree, be ready for field work, and demonstrate excellent communication, relationship-building, and analytical skills to grow territory performance and consumer

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree (S1), minimum GPA 2.75

Responsabilidades

• Execute trade programs and in-store activities to boost product visibility and availability.
• Build strong relationships with retailers across General Trade (GT) and Modern Trade (MT) channels.
• Expand distribution and ensure excellent execution in your assigned territory.
• Identify market opportunities and share insights to drive business growth.
• Track performance, solve challenges, and deliver impactful results in the field.
