Job summary

PT HM Sampoerna Tbk. is seeking a Retail Engagement Executive to lead in-store execution and build strong partnerships with retailers across GT and MT channels in Indonesia. The role requires regular field travel, on-site work six days a week, and relocation capabilities within the country.

• Expand distribution and ensure excellent execution in your assigned territory.
• Identify market opportunities and share insights to drive business growth.
• Track performance, solve challenges, and deliver impactful results in the field.
