Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in any major with GPA >= 3.00.
• At least 3 years in field sales with supervisory experience, FMCG preferred.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem solving and communication skills.
• Proven leadership and organizational savvy.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
• Understanding of territory management and distributor productivity.
• Proficient in MS Excel.
• Holding a SIM A driving license.
• Willing to be placed in Central Java area.
