Job summary

PT Pantja Artha Niaga, a Jakarta-based importer and distributor of premium beverages, invites applications for Whisky Butler / Retail Executive. The role prioritizes professional brand advocacy and engaging with customers in a luxury retail context.

You will conduct guided tastings, provide product recommendations, and uphold premium service standards while maintaining impeccable store presentation in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in Retail, Hospitality, Luxury Retail, or F&B.

• Act as a Brand Advocate and represent the brand professionally to customers.
• Conduct guided tasting sessions and product presentations for retail customers.

Requirements
