D'Booze Bali is seeking a meticulous Accounting Staff in Kuta, Bali. You will record daily transactions, prepare monthly financial reports, and manage payables/receivables with accuracy and timeliness.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 in Accounting or related field.
• 1–2 years of accounting experience (retail/F&B preferred); fresh graduates welcome.
• Familiar with accounting software (Accurate, Zahir, Jurnal, or similar).
• Understanding of basic Indonesian taxation and bookkeeping.

Responsibilities

• Record daily financial transactions (sales, purchases, cash, bank) accurately and on time.
• Prepare and monitor monthly financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including supplier payments and collections.
• Perform routine bank and cash reconciliation.
• Reconcile inventory/stock data with purchase and sales records.
• Calculate and process employee salaries and sales commissions.
• Handle taxation (VAT, income tax, tax returns) and reporting.
• Manage financial documents and archives (invoices, tax invoices, receipts).
• Assist with customs/excise management for alcoholic beverages and related documentation.
• Report financial summaries and discrepancies to management.

• Prepare and monitor monthly financial reports (profit and loss, balance sheet, cash flow)
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including supplier payments and collections
• Perform routine bank and cash reconciliation
• Reconcile inventory/stock data with purchase and sales records
• Calculate and process employee salaries and sales commissions
• Handle taxation (VAT, income tax, tax returns) and reporting in accordance with applicable regulations
• Manage financial documents and archives (invoices, tax invoices, transaction receipts)
• Assist with customs/excise management for alcoholic beverages and related documentation
• Report financial summaries and discrepancies to management

About you

• Minimum D3/S1 qualification in Accounting or related field
• Minimum 1-2 years of accounting experience (retail/F&B preferred); fresh graduates with strong capabilities are welcome to apply
• Familiar with accounting software (Accurate, Zahir, Jurnal, or similar)
• Understanding of basic Indonesian taxation and bookkeeping
• Meticulous, honest, organised, and able to work to deadlines
• Able to communicate in Indonesian; basic English is an advantage
• Willing to work in Kuta, Bali
