Job summary

Marriott Hotels in Tangerang, Banten, is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in leading operations and sales for their Tangerang store. Qualifications

• Prev. retail leadership or supervisory experience (Assistant Manager or Key Holder).
• Proven ability to drive sales and deliver excellent customer service.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, including POS and inventory management.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, holidays per schedule.
• Ability to work collaboratively with store team and management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations including sales, customer service, and staff management.
• Provide outstanding customer service and resolve issues.
• Support sales initiatives to achieve targets and KPIs.
• Help manage inventory including receiving, stocking, counts.
• Train and mentor new and existing sales associates.
• Ensure high standards of merchandising, cleanliness, and organization.
