Job summary

Sari Rasa Group, a leading Indonesian cuisine restaurant operator in Jabodetabek, invites an experienced Restaurant Manager to join its team. The role focuses on daily operational control, supervising service and kitchen activities, and preparing crew schedules.

You will handle guest feedback, manage stock with a semi-manual system, and drive strong leadership and inventory/COGS effectiveness. A D3 degree in Hospitality is preferred, with 3+ years in a reputable casual dining setting, and

• Strong leadership & well groomed.
• Willing to be placed in Jabodetabek.

• Assist Manager in controlling daily restaurant operations
