• Minimal D3, more preferable from Hospitality.
• Experience at inventory control and COGS calculation.
• Strong leadership & well groomed.
• Willing to be placed in Jabodetabek.

Responsibilities

• Assist Manager in controlling daily restaurant operations
• Supervise all restaurants activity, both service and kitchen operational
• Prepare schedule for crew and conduct daily briefing
• Handle customer's feedback, including complaints and compliments
• Familiar with handling raw material stock control using a semi-manual system.
