Job summary

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
• Lead, coordinate, and support restaurant staff during daily shifts
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally
• Monitor staff attendance, grooming, discipline, and work performance
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, cleanliness, and workplace safety standards
• Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food preparation and service
• Monitor restaurant inventory, stock levels, and proper handling of supplies
• Assist with staff scheduling, shift planning, and training of new employees
• Monitor service quality, operational costs, and restaurant performance
• Prepare shift reports and report operational issues to the Restaurant Manager

About you

• Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant or F&B operations, preferably in a supervisory role
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
• Good customer service and problem-solving abilities
• Good understanding of restaurant operations, food safety, and hygiene standards
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required
• Good English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage
