Job summary

PT. EATWELL CULINARY INDONESIA is seeking a Store Manager to lead and evaluate a service team, ensuring operations align with SOPs and standards. You will open/close outlets, drive daily service, and monitor sales and costs to protect margins.

We value strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a customer‑oriented approach with experience across East Java outlets. Willingness to relocate to other brands/outlets is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma in F&B Services Management is required.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as Store Manager / Assistant Manager in F&B.
• Motivated with strong analytical and conceptual thinking.
• Strong leadership, decision-making and interpersonal skills.
• Customer oriented with exposure to retail or restaurant operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, direct and evaluate the performance of team members.
• Execute all operations and services per SOPs and standards.
• Able to open/close the restaurant and run daily service operations.
• Study and track sales, control costs of goods, labor, and other expenses.
• Strive for excellence and growth of the business and brand.
