Job summary

Eatwell Culinary seeks a Store Manager & Asst. Store Manager for Pematangsiantar to lead front-of-house teams, ensure SOP compliance, and drive daily operations. You will manage service standards, open/close duties, and monitor sales against costs across outlets.

A Diploma in F&B Services Management and at least 2 years in a team leadership role are required. Willingness to relocate to other Eatwell outlets is essential for growth.

Qualifications

• Diploma in F&B Services Management or equivalent is a must.
• Have at least 2 years’ experience as team leader/manager in F&B.
• Highly motivated and self-driven with strong analytical and conceptual thinking.
• Strong leadership, decision making, interpersonal skill and can work under pressure.
• Strategic thinker and target oriented.
• Customer oriented with hands-on retail or restaurant operations exposure; ability to understand financial reports.
• Well-groomed and presentable.
• Willing to be placed across all brands under Eatwell Culinary and relocated to other outlets.

Responsibilities

• Understand and able to lead, supervise, direct, and evaluate the performance of team members.
• Executing all operations and services with respect to SOPs and standards.
• Able to open and close the restaurant and run all aspects of daily operations in the service division.
• Responsible for studying and tracking sales, controlling cost of goods, labor costs and other expenses.
