Job summary

Shopeefood is seeking an entry-level Business Development (Telesales) contractor to join the Partnerships team in Indonesia/Bangkok. You will reach out to restaurant partners, present campaign solutions, and help drive partner engagement.

You'll coordinate with internal teams, maintain records in Excel/Google Sheets, and learn quickly in a dynamic environment. Thai language skills preferred; English a plus; passion for restaurants and sales is essential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in telesales or customer service
• Strong Thai communication skills (English a plus)
• Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets
• Good understanding of restaurant operations
• Proactive attitude, team player, and open to learning

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to restaurant partners to offer campaign solutions
• Support campaign participation and improve partner engagement
• Coordinate with internal teams and share insights from merchant conversations
• Maintain records using Excel and Google Sheets
