Job summary

klikit is an F&B SaaS platform helping restaurants manage orders, menus, POS, and integrations across delivery platforms. We are seeking a Sales Executive – F&B SaaS to acquire new restaurant and F&B customers in Indonesia and manage the sales process from prospecting to closing.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably SaaS or technology solutions.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Strong discovery and consultative selling skills to identify customer pain points.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a pipeline of prospective customers through outbound prospecting, referrals, partnerships, and inbound leads.
• Understand customer needs and recommend klikit's products and solutions.
• Conduct product demos and clearly communicate klikit's value to prospective customers.
• Manage the full sales cycle from first contact through proposal, negotiation, and closing.
• Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate pipeline, activity, and sales forecasts in the CRM.
• Work closely with onboarding, customer success, and product teams for smooth handover after closing.
• Share customer and market feedback to help improve product, pricing, and sales approach.
