Job summary

PT Bali Spirit in Ubud, Bali seeks an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee F&B operations, staff, and guest experience. You will drive revenue through exceptional service, engaging promotions, and tight cost control while maintaining quality standards.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in F&B, with 3+ years in supervisory roles, strong budgeting, menu planning, and teamwork with kitchen and FOH. Familiarity with POS and reservation tools is a plus, and willingness to work in Ubud/Uluwatu.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant management and frontline operations.
• Ability to plan menus and oversee F&B service quality.
• Experience coordinating with marketing campaigns or branding.
• Experience managing budgeting, costs, and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all FOH staff and oversee day-to-day front-of-house operations.
• Implement new policies and procedures through plans and staff instruction.
• Maintain fast, accurate service and guest satisfaction, ensuring quality standards.
• Analyze sales levels and profitability of the restaurant.
• Deliver staff training to maximize sales and average spend.
• Recruit and motivate FOH staff and coordinate ongoing training.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of FOH areas and customer zones.
• Collaborate with kitchen and FOH teams for top-quality service.
• Suggest new menus, events, and promotions to boost revenue.
• Monitor inventory, control costs, and ensure health and safety compliance.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues effectively.
