Eat Company in Bali is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and develop a strong front-of-house team. The role calls for a hands-on leader who can coach staff and collaborate with the kitchen for a seamless dining experience.

The ideal candidate will have hospitality leadership experience, a passion for guest service, and the ability to motivate the team while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety in a Bali

Formación

• Minimum experience as Restaurant Manager in hospitality.
• Passion for hospitality and delivering excellent guest service.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Based in Bali or willing to relocate to Bali.

Eat Company is looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Bali.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Deliver consistently excellent guest experiences, from arrival through to departure.
• Build, develop and motivate a strong front-of-house team, fostering a positive and supportive working environment.
• Coach and mentor team members to improve service standards, confidence and performance.
• Work closely with the kitchen and management team to maintain a seamless dining experience.
• Handle guest feedback professionally, resolving concerns and identifying opportunities to improve.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, food safety and overall restaurant presentation.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or Outlet Manager in a quality hospitality environment.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding customer service.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to build a positive team culture and get the best out of people.
• A hands-on approach, with the confidence to lead by example during service.
• Good communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent Bahasa Indonesia and conversational English.
• Currently based in Bali or willing to relocate.
