Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Chinese Restaurant Manager or in a similar hotel/resort restaurant management role.
• Strong knowledge of Chinese cuisine, dining traditions, restaurant operations, and service standards.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is highly desirable to communicate with Chinese-speaking guests and partners.
• Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and team-management skills.
• Strong commercial awareness with experience in revenue generation, cost control, and inventory management.
• A passion for hospitality and delivering memorable dining experiences.
• A proactive, guest-focused, and results-driven mindset, with ability to work across departments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Chinese restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead, train, motivate, and develop the restaurant team to achieve service excellence.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, service, cleanliness, and hygiene.
• Ensure compliance with IHG brand standards, food safety regulations, and procedures.
• Manage restaurant revenue, cost control, inventory, and staffing to achieve financial targets.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally to maintain guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Culinary team to develop menus, promotions, and dining experiences for target markets.
• Build relationships with guests, business partners, and stakeholders to support business growth.
• Monitor guest preferences and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
