Job summary

Sumak Turkish Cuisine in Bali is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations from opening to closing, ensuring smooth coordination between Front of House, Kitchen, Bar and Cashier while maintaining guest service standards.

The role requires leading and developing the restaurant team, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene, following SOPs, and driving daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the restaurant operation from opening preparation through closing.
• Ensure smooth coordination between Front of House, Kitchen, Bar and Cashier.

• Maintain high standards of guest service and hospitality.
• Handle guest complaints professionally and ensure appropriate follow-up.
• Encourage the team to create memorable experiences for guests.
• Ensure food and beverage products meet Sumak's required quality and presentation standards.
• Take responsibility for achieving daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Lead, motivate and develop the restaurant team.
• Ensure the restaurant maintains excellent cleanliness and hygiene standards.
