Job summary

Samudera Indonesia is seeking an experienced F&B Operations Manager to oversee daily activities across all outlets in Bali. You will lead and coach staff, uphold service standards, and ensure hygiene, safety, and halal compliance to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Ideal candidate has 5+ years in F&B operations with supervisory experience, strong leadership, and proficiency in MS Office and POS/inventory systems. Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Graduate (Diploma or Bachelor's Degree preferred).
• 5+ years in F&B/restaurant operations, with ≥2 years in supervision.
• Strong knowledge of service standards, financial performance, and customer experience.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and POS/Inventory systems.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Willing to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Knowledge of local F&B regulations, HACCP, and food safety standards.
• Proven track record in improving outlet performance and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily F&B operations across all outlets.
• Lead, coach, and develop staff to maintain service excellence.
• Ensure service quality, hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards.
• Manage staffing levels to achieve guest satisfaction and efficiency.
• Develop, implement, and monitor SOPs for consistency.
