GAMA Culinary Group is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations at our Jakarta venue. You will manage FOH and BOH, lead a diverse team, and ensure exceptional guest experiences in a western steakhouse setting.

Based in Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta, you will monitor costs, coordinate with the kitchen, train staff, and ensure regulatory compliance. Join a growing F&B group with multiple brands and opportunities for development.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of experience as Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager.
• Strong advantage for experience in western restaurants / steakhouses / casual to fine dining.
• Good understanding of cost control, inventory management, and basic restaurant financial reports.
• Placement: Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta.

• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports to management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety standards, and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily restaurant operations, including Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH), to ensure smooth and efficient service
• Ensure excellent guest experience in line with the restaurant’s western steakhouse concept and service standards
• Lead, supervise, and develop the operational team (Supervisors, Captains, Waiters, Bartenders, Hosts, etc.)
• Prepare staff schedules, manage manpower planning, and ensure team productivity and discipline properly implemented
• Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally and effectively
• Monitor and control operational costs, including COGS, labor cost, inventory, and waste
• Coordinate closely with the Kitchen / Head Chef to maintain food quality, menu consistency, and operational efficiency
• Conduct staff training, performance evaluations, and ongoing coaching
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports to management
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety standards, and local regulations

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager
• Previous experience in western restaurants / steakhouses / casual to fine dining is a strong advantage
• Good understanding of cost control, inventory management, and basic restaurant financial reports
