GAMA Culinary Group is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations at our Jakarta venue. You will manage FOH and BOH, lead a diverse team, and ensure exceptional guest experiences in a western steakhouse setting.

Based in Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta, you will monitor costs, coordinate with the kitchen, train staff, and ensure regulatory compliance. Join a growing F&B group with multiple brands and opportunities for development.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager.
• Strong advantage for experience in western restaurants / steakhouses / casual to fine dining.
• Good understanding of cost control, inventory management, and basic restaurant financial reports.
• Placement: Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily restaurant operations (FOH and BOH) to ensure smooth service.
• Ensure excellent guest experience aligned with the restaurant’s western steakhouse concept and service standards.
• Lead, supervise, and develop the operational team.
• Prepare staff schedules and manpower planning.
• Handle guest complaints professionally and effectively.
• Monitor and control costs including COGS and labor.
• Coordinate with Kitchen/Head Chef to maintain food quality and menu consistency.
• Conduct staff training and performance evaluations.
• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports to management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety standards, and local regulations.
