We seek at least 1 year of Western-restaurant experience in the same role, strong ops management, and a proven ability to maintain high food and service standards. You’ll lead, motivate and train staff, and work with restaurant software.

Basic experience at western restaurant minimum 1 year in the same position

Strong ability to manage and oversee restaurant operations.

Proven ability to maintain high standards of food and service quality.

Ability to lead, motivate and train staff.

Familiarity with restaurant operations software.

Familiarity with local market dynamics, including competitor analysis, pricing strategies, and seasonal opportunities.
