Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and inspire front-of-house staff to deliver attentive, personalized, and professional guest experiences.
• Monitor service quality across dine-in, takeaway, and delivery channels (GrabFood, GoFood) ensuring consistency and brand standards.
• Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and performance evaluations; coordinate with purchasing for inventory needs.
• Prepare and submit monthly reports covering sales performance, cost control, and guest feedback to management.
