Job summary

PT Karunia Kuliner Indonesia, trading as Restaurant Remboelan, invites a Store Supervisor to manage day-to-day operations at our Semarang location. You will lead a diverse team, ensure service excellence, monitor quality and safety, and report performance to management.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in restaurant supervision, strong leadership, and solid cash handling skills. Indonesian is required; English is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in restaurant supervision or hospitality management
• Strong leadership abilities to motivate and manage a diverse team
• Excellent communication skills in Indonesian; English is a plus
• In-depth knowledge of food service operations, health and safety standards and hospitality best practices
• Proven ability to handle customer service issues professionally and calmly
• Sound mathematical skills for cash handling, invoices and basic accounting
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work various shifts (nights, weekends, holidays)
• Experience with restaurant POS systems is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure staff adhere to company policies
• Lead, train, motivate and supervise staff across all service shifts
• Monitor food quality, presentation and service to meet benchmarks
• Manage staff scheduling, attendance and performance reviews
• Handle customer complaints professionally and promptly
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene per health and safety regulations
• Assist with inventory management and stock ordering
• Report to management on daily operations, including sales and issues
• Ensure cash handling procedures are followed and till reconciliation
• Support development of restaurant promotions and events
• Maintain a positive, professional work environment reflecting company values
