The role requires a Civil Engineering or Architecture degree and at least four years of residential supervision experience, strong leadership, and ability to read plans.

Competenze

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related construction field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in residential construction supervision.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specs.
• Strong knowledge of residential building techniques and safety practices.
• Experience in managing subcontractors and site teams.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced site environment in Banten.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel between sites.

• Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities for residential projects, including structural, finishing, and landscaping works.
• Ensure construction activities follow approved drawings, specifications, and building codes.
• Monitor progress against the schedule and address delays.
• Conduct daily site inspections for quality and safety compliance.
