• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Solid understanding of budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site construction activities and ensure work progresses according to project schedules and specifications.
• Manage and supervise site personnel, subcontractors, and labour teams to maintain productivity and safety standards.
• Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and report on financial performance to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across all site operations.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to verify that work meets contractual requirements and industry standards.
• Coordinate material procurement, delivery schedules, and equipment allocation on site.
• Maintain accurate site records, documentation, and daily logs of progress and incidents.
• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, clients, and design teams regarding site status and any issues.
• Manage risk assessment and implement corrective actions to prevent delays or cost overruns.
• Liaise with local authorities and handle permit requirements and site compliance matters
