CV. DAVA JAYA PERKASA is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead field construction activities in Semarang. You will ensure work aligns with technical drawings, specifications, schedule, and budget while upholding quality and safety standards.

The ideal candidate has a Civil Engineering degree and 3–5 years of experience in project management and supervision on construction sites. Proficiency in coordinating teams, subcontractors, and resources is essential.

Qualifications

Must have a Civil Engineering degree and be able to read technical drawings.
3–5 years of construction experience with project management and supervision.
Ability to coordinate workforce, subcontractors, materials and equipment.
Familiar with health and safety standards on site.

Responsibilities

Manage and oversee all construction work activities in the field.
Ensure work is executed according to drawings, specs, schedule, budget and quality.
Coordinate and organize workforce and project requirements.
Ensure occupational health and safety standards are implemented on site.
Monitor progress, identify constraints, and take corrective action.
Prepare periodic project progress reports for management.
Coordinate with owner, supervising consultant, subcontractors, and internal team.
Prepare, supervise and evaluate work progress against time, cost and quality targets.
