Job summary

PT HARAPANPUTRA MAJU BERSAMA is seeking a dedicated Project Supervisor to oversee residential building projects from start to finish, supervising construction activities to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, quality, and schedules on site in Bandung.

You should have 2–3 years of site supervision experience, be able to read technical drawings, coordinate foremen and subcontractors, and enforce safety.

• Report project progress, potential delays, and field issues to management.

Job description

This is a Project Supervisor role responsible for overseeing construction projects for residential buildings and housing developments from commencement through completion. You will supervise all construction activities to ensure compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.

About you

Minimum 2–3 years of work experience as Project Supervisor/Site Supervisor in building construction or housing development

Experience supervising residential, housing, or similar building construction through completion stage

Able to read and understand technical drawings, structural drawings, architectural drawings, and construction technical details

Understanding of construction work methods including foundation work, concrete structures, wall masonry, roofing, finishing, and MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) installation

Able to supervise worker, foreman, and subcontractor work and ensure work meets specifications and quality standards

Able to prepare and monitor work schedules and evaluate project progress against set targets

Able to control material usage in the field and ensure materials are used according to work requirements

Able to prepare daily and weekly progress reports, work documentation, and reports on constraints and follow-up actions

Strong communication, coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills; disciplined, firm, responsible, detail-oriented, and demonstrates high initiative in resolving field issues

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in landed housing developments or multi-unit residential projects.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD.

Relevant construction competency certification (SKK Konstruksi) is an advantage.

Willingness to work on site in Bandung and surrounding areas.
