Job summary

Talvi Consulting is seeking an experienced Construction Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations at a major commercial development in Bogor, Indonesia. You will supervise trades, coordinate materials, and ensure quality and safety while collaborating with the Project Manager to hit milestones.

The ideal candidate has proven site supervision experience, strong leadership, and a solid understanding of construction methods, with a focus on safety and regulatory compliance on busy sites.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Construction Site Supervisor or a similar role.
• Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong leadership and problem‑solving skills.
• Familiarity with health and safety best practices on construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct daily on‑site construction activities, including managing labor and subcontractors.
• Ensure all work is performed in accordance with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
• Monitor site progress, identify potential delays, and implement solutions to keep the project on schedule.
• Coordinate the delivery and storage of materials and equipment.
• Conduct daily site safety inspections and enforce adherence to all health and safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate daily logs of site activities, personnel, and progress.
