Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• At least 2-3 years of experience as a Project Supervisor in civil engineering or building construction projects.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings and read shop drawings.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Especially Excel and Word).
• Willing to be stationed at project sites (outside the city if necessary).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee the execution of civil engineering projects on-site.
• Coordinate the work team (foremen, laborers, and subcontractors).
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Identify and resolve issues that arise on-site.
• Ensure compliance with Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) protocols.
