Nusa Dua Beach Hotel and Spa in Bali is seeking a seasoned Resident Manager to lead daily operations and guest experiences at our beachfront property.

This role requires proven leadership in a 5-star setting, with deep hospitality expertise and a collaborative, commercially minded approach.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Resident Manager or at least 2 years as Executive Assistant Manager in a reputable international 5-star environment.
• Strong preference for candidates with Accor or equivalent international group experience.

• Strong preference for candidates with previous Accor experiences and a solid background in operation and management.
• A collaborative and inspiring leader with a strong commercial, loyalty, brand standards and all ecosystem of Accor or any other international group.
• Demonstrate success in premium and luxury hospitality setting with deep understanding of elevated guest expectation and service excellence.
