• Strong Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills, with the ability to translate technical requirements into practical solutions.

Role Description

The Reservoir Sales Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Kota Tangerang Selatan. This role is responsible for identifying and developing sales opportunities for reservoir-related solutions, engaging with clients in the oil & gas sector to understand technical needs, and proposing suitable technology offerings. Day-to-day activities include preparing technical and commercial proposals, conducting product demonstrations and presentations, and collaborating with internal technical teams to ensure accurate solution design. The Reservoir Sales Engineer will also provide basic technical support to clients, respond to inquiries, maintain strong customer relationships, and contribute to sales forecasts and market development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills, with the ability to translate technical requirements into practical solutions.
• Solid Sales and Customer Service capabilities to build relationships, manage client expectations, and support long-term partnerships.
• Effective Communication skills, including clear presentation, negotiation, and report-writing abilities.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the oil & gas industry, particularly in reservoir engineering, field operations, technical sales, or related roles.
• Relevant academic background in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Experience in reservoir engineering and reservoir-related technologies or solutions is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and travel to client locations as needed.
• Proficiency with industry-related software tools and willingness to learn new technologies and solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
