Job summary

PT Vector InfoTechnologies Indonesia is seeking a Sales and Service Engineer to drive product sales within designated markets, focusing on Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Mining, Palm Oil, and Utilities. The role includes building lasting customer relationships, supporting quotations, and ensuring profitable order execution.

You will leverage 1+ year of sales experience and an engineering background to deliver solutions, coordinate marketing activities, and participate in exhibitions and seminars

Qualifications

• More than 1 year of sales experience in the same industry.
• A Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic/Instrumentation/Telecommunication).
• Industrial Telecommunication and electrical experience and knowledge.
• Demonstrate excellent sales and presentation skills.
• Familiar with sales reporting, market analysis from different sources / media.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Familiarity with Oil & Gas and Energy Sector is an added value.

Responsibilities

• Being responsible for sales of products within a designated market in accordance with strategy.
• Focuses mainly on Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Mining and Palm Oil processing industry and Utility sector etc.
• Building long term customer relationships and manage resolution to specific customer needs and issues.
• Selling products to customers, focusing on volume, mix and profitability targets for assigned Business Units/Product Groups.
• Ensuring efficient marketing activities and value proposition to customers.
• Managing administrative procedures in sales processes, supports collection and project management activities when needed.
• Ensuring appropriate technical and financial aspects of offers, including prices and trading conditions.
• Activities includes Sales Support, Quotation Support, Product Familiarization, Customer Application Familiarization, Account Management, Exhibition and Seminar participation, Customer Presentations, Customer Relationship Management, etc.
