Job summary

Anantara Ubud Bali Resort is seeking a seasoned Reservations professional to supervise daily operations, ensure accurate room bookings, manage cancellations and special requests, and maintain booking quality in our luxury hotel system.

You will coordinate with Front Office, Sales, Revenue Management and other departments, coach agents, and strive to maximize occupancy and guest satisfaction through professional service and proactive follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the Reservations team.
• Handle and monitor room reservations, cancellations, amendments, and special requests.
• Ensure all reservations are entered accurately into the hotel system.
