Job summary

Anantara Ubud Bali Resort is seeking a Reservations Agent to join our luxury hospitality team. You will manage guest room reservations, cancellations, amendments, and respond to inquiries via phone, email, and other channels.

As part of a renowned luxury brand, you will ensure accurate reservation details, collaborate with Front Office, Sales, and Revenue Management, and help maximize room revenue through upselling while maintaining guest confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Handle room reservations, cancellations, amendments, and guest requests.
• Respond to reservation inquiries through phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Provide accurate information to guests.
• Enter and maintain reservation details accurately in the hotel system.
• Follow up on tentative, waitlist, and unconfirmed reservations.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Sales, Revenue Management, and other departments regarding reservations.
• Ensure all special requests and guest preferences are properly recorded and communicated.
• Assist in maximizing room revenue through effective upselling and cross-selling.
• Handle guest concerns and reservation-related issues professionally.
• Prepare and review daily reservation reports as required.
• Maintain accurate records and follow hotel reservation procedures and standards.
• Build positive relationships with guests, travel agents, and business partners.
• Maintain confidentiality of guest and hotel information.
