Job summary

Anantara Ubud Bali Resort is seeking a reservations professional to handle room reservations, cancellations, amendments, and guest requests. You will respond to inquiries through phone, email, and other channels, ensuring accurate information and timely service.

Responsibilities include maintaining reservation details in the hotel system, following up on tentative or waitlisted bookings, and coordinating with Front Office, Sales, and Revenue Management to maximize occupancy and guest
