Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 2 years of related work experience
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience

Responsibilities

• Oversee accuracy of room blocks, reservations, and group market codes.
• Input and access data in reservation system; process requests, changes, and cancellations.
• Explain rates, guarantees, cancellation policies, and special requests to guests.
• Train, schedule, and coach front desk team on Reservations procedures; uphold company policies.
