Job summary

PT Lion Wings is seeking a driven R&D Chemist to join our Jakarta team. You will plan and develop formulations, perform physical and performance tests, and run stability studies to ensure market-ready products.

This role requires strong laboratory skills and teamwork in a non-shift, Monday–Friday schedule at our Cakung East Jakarta location. Ideal candidates hold a relevant bachelor's degree with GPA 3.0 or higher and have proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, pharmacy, or apothecary with GPA 3.00.
• Having a degree from an overseas university is a plus.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of R&D experience in Baby Care products preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Job description

Responsible for carrying out product formulation and development at Lion Wings, ensuring formulations are stable, perform well, and fulfill market requirements.

Job Description:

Planning and developing product formulations.

Conducting physical and performance analysis of products.

Performing stability tests.

Developing new formulas and reformulating existing products

Verifying and calibrating formulation and analysis equipment

Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, pharmacy, and apothecary with a minimum GPA of 3.00.

Working Hours: Non-shift, Monday to Friday (8 AM – 5 PM).
