Job summary

NEWLAB+ Group in Jakarta is seeking a Product Specialist to drive end-to-end 360° marketing for beauty and wellness brands. You will lead brand strategy, digital campaigns, and on-ground activations to strengthen our presence in the FMCG sector.

You will expand market reach by leading creative campaigns, managing marketing budgets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring our brand to life across channels.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in Brand Management or marketing.
• Background in FMCG or beauty industry preferred.
• Strong understanding of brand strategy and marketing principles.
• Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Creative thinker with strong communication and trend awareness.
• WFO: open to full-time on-site in Kedoya, West Jakarta.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies for each product line, including efficient management of promotional budgets.
• Ensure consistent brand identity across all channels—both digital and offline—by creating strong and aligned communication materials.
• Initiate creative campaigns to boost brand exposure, attract consumer interest, and drive sales growth.
• Conduct in-depth market research to uncover trends and consumer behavior, then turn insights into actionable strategies.
• Lead and coordinate various marketing activities—from events and promotions to collaborations—ensuring alignment and measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Communication, or related fields.
• 2–3 years of experience in Brand Management, marketing, or a similar role.
• Background in FMCG or beauty industry is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of brand strategy and marketing principles.
• Excellent project management skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Creative thinker with strong communication skills and a good eye for market trends.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with deadlines and dynamic targets.
• Open to working full-time from our office in Kedoya, West Jakarta (WFO).
