Job summary

PT Lion Wings is seeking Production Staff and Production Maintenance Staff to oversee the production line from semi-finished to finished goods in a fast-moving consumer goods environment. You will delegate plans, monitor material usage, and ensure adherence to SOPs while driving continuous improvements.

With a background in Industrial Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (D3/Bachelor’s) and 2 years FMCG experience preferred, you will work in a 6 days/3 shifts operation in East Jakarta, taking

Must have educational background in industrial mechanical or electrical engineering with minimum GPA requirement.
Fresh graduates or 2 years FMCG production experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Overssee production from semi-finished to finished goods with waste minimization.
Delegate production plans and assign work to the production team per plans.
Review attendance, material usage, and mixing results for reports.
Analyze production problems, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
Coordinate with QC, Maintenance, Engineering, Robotics, and PPIC on the mixing process.
Drive continuous improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Ensure compliance with 5R, K3, SOPs, and ISO/HAS procedures within Production.
Develop subordinate skills and knowledge.

Job Description for Production Staff and Production Maintenance Staff:

Responsible for overseeing the production process from semi-finished goods to finished products while minimizing waste and process failures.

Effectively delegate production plans and work assignments to the production team regarding all established production mixing work plans.

Review and validate employees’ work related to the preparation of production reports, including attendance, material usage, and mixing results.

Analyze production problems, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions, either independently or in coordination with relevant departments.

Coordinate with other departments (QC/Maintenance/Engineering/Robotics/PPIC) regarding the production mixing process.

Implement continuous improvements to production systems and work methods to increase effectiveness and efficiency.

Ensure compliance with company regulations, 5R principles, occupational health and safety (K3), and SOPs

Improve the skills and knowledge of subordinate employees.

Organize and oversee the implementation of ISO 9001:2018, ISO 14001:2018, and HAS 23000 procedures within the Production Department, ensuring compliance with SOPs, work instructions, and quality objectives.

Perform all duties related to production activities.

Requirements:

Min. D3 or Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, with min GPA 3.00/4.00

Fresh Graduate or 2 year of work experience in FMCG as production is preferred

Likes working in the field/plant/factory 100%

Initiative, fast learner, and good leadership.

Able to work as a team or alone according to the needs of the project.

Can work under pressure, is flexible, analytical, and has good problem solving.

Willing to work overtime or on holidays if needed.

Working Hours: 6 Days, 3 Shifts

Monday to Friday:
Shift 1: 6 am to 2 pm
Shift 2: 2 pm to 10 pm
Shift 3: 10 pm to 6 am.
Saturday:
Shift 1: 6 am to 11 am
Shift 2: 11 am to 4 pm
Shift 3: 4 pm to 9 pm.
