Job summary

Ming Yang Smart Energy Group is seeking a seasoned Sales Strategy & Business Development leader in Jakarta to drive growth in Indonesia’s wind energy sector. You will design sales strategies, manage key accounts, lead project sales, and coordinate with headquarters to deliver competitive solutions.

Fluency in Indonesian and English, deep market knowledge, and willingness to travel are required. The role requires a strong network in the Indonesian renewables market and the ability to collaborate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Business, Marketing or related field.
• 10+ years in sales/BD with at least 5 years in wind/renewables sales management.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesia wind/renewables market and local relationships.
• Proficient in Indonesian and English for business comms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and expand in Indonesia.
• Manage key accounts and lead project sales, including tendering and contract negotiations.
• Collaborate with HQ and internal teams on technical solutions and forecasting.
