Job summary

Green Roof is seeking a proactive Project Admin Intern in Jakarta to support the project team and internal operations across renewable energy projects in Indonesia. You will gain hands-on experience in project coordination, administration, documentation, reporting, and business operations, working closely with project teams and internal departments.

Qualifications

• Final-year student or recent graduate with a related bachelor's degree.
• Proficient in MS Office; familiar with PM tools is an advantage.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Indonesia, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Assist with project administration, documentation, filing, and data entry for ongoing solar projects.
• Maintain and update project trackers, reports, records, and presentations.
• Support collection, organization, and follow-up of project, vendor, and contractor documents.
• Track project deliverables, deadlines, submissions, and outstanding actions.
• Support project meetings, including minutes, action items, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with project teams, vendors, contractors, and internal departments.
• Assist with purchase requests, quotations, invoices, and supporting documents.
• Prepare project reports, presentations, and other business documents.
• Assist with project research and other admin tasks.
• Perform other project administration and coordination tasks.
