Job summary

Greenroof is seeking a proactive Project Admin Intern to support its renewable energy projects in Indonesia. You will assist with project administration, documentation, reporting, and day-to-day business operations within a growing energy company.

You will gain hands-on experience in project coordination, maintain trackers and records, and collaborate with project teams, vendors, and internal departments. This paid internship offers mentorship and practical industry exposure.

Qualifications

• Final-year student or recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with Project management tools and/or document management systems is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Assist with project administration, documentation, filing, and data entry for ongoing solar projects.
• Maintain and update project trackers, reports, records, and presentations.
• Support collection, organization, and follow-up of project, vendor, and contractor documentation.
• Assist in tracking project deliverables, deadlines, submissions, and outstanding actions.
• Support project meetings, including meeting minutes, action items, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with project teams, vendors, contractors, and internal departments on project-related matters.
• Assist with project-related administrative processes, including purchase requests, quotations, invoices, and supporting documents.
• Support the preparation of project reports, presentations, and other business documents.
• Assist with project research and other administrative tasks as required.
• Perform other project administration and coordination tasks to support the project team.
