• Onsite resource allocation: organize local and deputed manpower to meet milestones.

Job description

A reputable multinational company and leader of renewable energy company is seeking a good caliber of Project Coordinator. This position is based in Jakarta and possible to have on-site visit or cross-region development.

Key responsibilities of position:

Export/Import Management: orchestrate the international movement of project-specific machinery for renewable energy, tools & material.

Finance: Handling finance administration and report including tax matters.

Custom Clearance & Logistic: manage all documentation and liaise with customs office to ensure compliance with local & international regulation.

Transportation arrangement: deal and negotiate by guidance from management for freight forwarders & carriers to optimize transit times & costs across sea, air & land.

Employee deputation support: alignment with Human Resources team for visa & work permit requirement, pre document collection and ensure all technical staff have the necessary documentation.

Communication & reporting: serve as main hub for communication with regional office and or head quarter, providing updated regular status of project life cycle.

Onsite resource allocation: support and organize local & deputed manpower schedules to ensure technical milestone are met.

Required qualification & skills:

Proven experience in project management for at least 5 years across renewable energy company.

Bachelor degree in business management, engineering and or relevant subject.
