Greenroof is seeking a proactive Project Admin Intern to support its renewable energy projects in Indonesia. You will assist with project administration, documentation, reporting, and day-to-day business operations within a growing energy company.

We are looking for a proactive and organized Project Admin Intern to support the project team and internal business operations across Greenroof's renewable energy projects in Indonesia. This internship will provide hands‑on experience in project coordination, administration, documentation, reporting, and business operations, while working closely with project teams and other internal departments. The intern will have the opportunity to gain practical experience in a growing renewable energy company and understand how project activities are supported by effective internal processes and coordination.
Assist with project administration, documentation, filing, and data entry for ongoing solar projects.
Maintain and update project trackers, reports, records, and presentations.
Support the collection, organization, and follow‑up of project, vendor, and contractor documentation.
Assist in tracking project deliverables, deadlines, submissions, and outstanding actions.
Support project meetings, including meeting minutes, action items, and follow‑ups.
Coordinate with project teams, vendors, contractors, and internal departments on project‑related matters.
Assist with project‑related administrative processes, including purchase requests, quotations, invoices, and supporting documents.
Support the preparation of project reports, presentations, and other business documents.
Assist with project research and other administrative tasks as required.
Perform other project administration and coordination tasks to support the project team.
Final‑year student or recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with Project management tools and or document management systems is an advantage.
Basic understanding of project administration, business administration, and documentation.
Good command of both English and Bahasa Indonesia, written and verbal.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, good communication, time management, and proactive follow‑up.
Responsible, adaptable, willing to learn, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast‑paced working environment.
Hands‑on exposure to energy projects and business operations.
Practical experience in project coordination, administration, documentation, and reporting.
