• Export/Import management: coordinate international movement of project machinery and materials.
• Finance: handle finance administration and tax-related reporting.
• Custom clearance & logistics: manage documentation and liaise with customs for compliance.
• Transportation: arrange freight with guidance to optimize transit times and costs.
• Employee deputation support: liaise with HR on visas and work permits.
• Communication & reporting: act as hub for regional or HQ updates on project lifecycle.
• Onsite resource allocation: organize local and deputed manpower to meet milestones.
