Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in BD, Sales, Partnerships, or related field.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint with data analysis and reporting abilities.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, capable of multitasking.
• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Head of Business Development in BD activities and related operations.
• Assist in preparing data, analysis, calculations, and business insights for decisions.
• Prepare Minutes of Meeting (MoM) with key points, decisions, and actions.
• Follow up and monitor action items from meetings and directions.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders as needed.
• Maintain BD documentation, records, and databases in order.
• Perform admin tasks and other duties for the BD function as required.
