This role combines technical insight with strategic account development and requires regular customer visits from a home-based base.

English and Bahasa Indonesia proficiency is expected, along with willingness to travel within Greater Jakarta.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in technical sales or business development in HVAC or cooling sectors.
• Strong exposure to data center cooling market and applications.
• Established relationships with M&E contractors, engineering consultants and project owners in Indonesia.

Aufgaben

• Drive sales growth and business development across Indonesia, focusing on HVAC and data center cooling applications.
• Develop and maintain relationships with M&E contractors, engineering consultants, project owners and distributors.
• Identify and pursue new project opportunities, particularly within the data center sector.
• Promote mechanical piping solutions and secure product specifications in upcoming projects.
• Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations and training sessions for customers and partners.
• Collaborate with contractors throughout the project lifecycle, from design and specification to installation.
• Develop territory sales strategies, manage the project pipeline and achieve revenue targets.
• Work closely with the regional management team to strengthen the company's presence in Indonesia.
