Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia seeks an experienced HVAC Engineer (Data Center) to design and deliver advanced cooling systems for mission-critical facilities in the Jakarta area. You will oversee HVAC design, thermal analysis, equipment selection, and coordination across cross-functional teams to ensure reliable, energy-efficient operation.

The role requires strong communication skills, hands-on collaboration with clients and contractors, and the ability to manage complex field deployments on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC system design, thermal engineering, or MEP project delivery.
• Experience leading data center or mission-critical cooling projects.
• Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Design comprehensive HVAC and mechanical cooling solutions for large-scale data centers, including heat load calculations and airflow analysis.
• Develop cooling system designs covering chilled water, DX, CRAH/CRAC, cooling towers, and piping networks.
• Perform thermal analysis and evaluate system performance for reliability and efficiency.
• Select and evaluate HVAC equipment ensuring energy efficiency and compatibility.
• Coordinate with electrical, BMS, and other facilities teams for integrated solutions.
• Lead design reviews and technical clarification sessions with clients and contractors.
• Support construction with on-site guidance and issue resolutions.
• Provide documentation, calculations, and reports adhering to standards.
